1. Your business and your authority

Doorstep is operated by DoorstepJourney, business registration number BN488132019, with registered-office GhanaPost GPS address GQ-372-4998. Doorstep and Instant Delivery are the platform names. Contact support@instantdelivery.delivery for support, legal and privacy enquiries.

Use your own Doorstep Customer identity to manage the businesses you own or are authorised to represent, in the Customer app or at business.instantdelivery.delivery. Supply accurate contact, category and location information. Account creation, a waitlist response or paying for a campaign is not automatic approval of a listing, regulated business activity or advertising content. Courier-company partnerships are a separate approval process at partners.instantdelivery.delivery.

2. Listings and creative rights

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your offers, prices, photographs, contact details and representations. Submit only material you have permission to use. You give Doorstep permission to display and adapt that material for the listing or campaign you request, not ownership of your business. Library images are illustrative; do not represent stock or generated artwork as a photograph of your actual premises, staff or products. Do not suggest an endorsement, licence or insurance that does not exist.

3. Choose and review your package

Before purchase, review the configured package price in GHS, duration, impression limit, eligible placement and targeting, proposed dates, creative and any conditions. Package configuration is not a promise of sales, profit, a fixed number of unique people or unrestricted notifications. The campaign must meet approval, payment and serving conditions before it becomes eligible to run. A change to a package does not silently change the commercial terms already confirmed for a purchase.

4. Payment and proof

Use the checkout channel actually offered. The web business portal uses enabled Paystack checkout; native-app digital-ad purchases may have a different availability or store-billing requirement. We do not claim a payment channel is available merely because another service uses it. The server checks provider evidence, ownership, amount, currency and reference before crediting a campaign. A return URL, screenshot, pending transfer or self-reported payment is not proof of settlement. Sandbox transactions do not buy real campaign delivery.

5. Review, serving and pauses

Approval and serving remain subject to lawful content, truthful business information, payment status, configured duration/impression limits and available relevant placements. You can inspect status, request permitted changes and pause through your workspace. A pause does not by itself create a new paid duration, guarantee a refund or reset impressions. Doorstep may restrict unsafe, misleading or unlawful material and provide a reason and review route where lawful.

6. Understand your reports

Reports show the recorded delivery, impression and interaction measurements available for the campaign and the selected period. An impression is not necessarily a unique person, a viewability guarantee, a purchase or a completed visit. Reports may change as delayed events or verified corrections are processed. We must not invent reach, hide known measurement errors or treat an unrecorded test event as a real paid result. Raise a material discrepancy with its campaign and payment references.

7. Customer journeys and privacy come first

Sponsored content is labelled and remains secondary to requested booking, safety, tracking and receipt information. Neighbourhood relevance is not permission to interrupt essential journey tasks, send unsolicited messages or obtain identifiable travel histories. Buying advertising does not give you access to customer phone numbers, contact lists, private addresses or precise movement records. Optional promotional messaging remains subject to the user’s controls and applicable consent.

8. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Ask Help & support to review a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, rejected campaign, undelivered purchase or other billing issue. Provide the campaign/payment reference, not a PIN or card security code. Any refund or adjustment considers the confirmed package, actual eligible delivery, the reason for cancellation, disclosed lawful charges and mandatory rights. There is no blanket waiver of statutory refunds or permission to keep funds for a service not supplied. We do not guarantee an automatic refund merely from closing the checkout page.

9. Platform staff and delegated access

Doorstep staff and authorised courier-company representatives must use individual invited accounts, the required security controls and only their permitted workspace. Do not share MFA or recovery codes, inspect unrelated customers, change another merchant’s ownership or approve your own purchase as evidence of payment. Access can be restricted for a credible safety or security reason; statutory and genuine appeal rights remain available.

10. Related terms and support

The Customer Terms govern the common account and platform relationship, subject to any lawful expressly agreed business arrangement. The Privacy and Cookie Notice explains personal-information use. A listing does not make Doorstep the seller of every merchant product, and a goods dispute is distinct from a delivery or campaign dispute. Ghanaian law applies. Contact support@instantdelivery.delivery or Help & support for review; these terms do not prevent regulator complaints or court remedies.

Let’s make it clear
