Bookings happen in the app

This site explains the platform. It does not reserve a provider, confirm service availability, quote a live price or process a transaction. Review the actual route, charge, service conditions and cancellation information in the app before confirming a booking.

Coverage and arrival times

Services depend on the location, provider eligibility and availability. Intercity arrival targets depend on the route, operating cut-off times and warehouse capacity; they are not unconditional guarantees.

Pictures and examples

Product and category photography is illustrative. Actual vehicles, equipment and merchant offerings vary. No testimonial, earnings promise or endorsement should be inferred from an illustrative image.

Partner applications

A conversation is not an approval or a service agreement. Provider verification, business eligibility, equipment requirements and any commercial terms must be completed through the appropriate onboarding process.
