This website does not create an account, request device location, take payment or place a booking. Your motion preference may be stored in your browser so the website remembers whether you paused animations. Search filters are processed in your browser.

When you join the waitlist

If you submit the waitlist form, your email address, chosen interest and optional name and city or region are sent securely to the Doorstep API and stored in its database. We also record your consent scope and version, timestamps and confirmation status. These details help manage your subscription and send confirmation and relevant launch updates through our email delivery provider. Joining does not create an app account or consent to unrelated marketing.

Confirm your email using the link we send, then choose to confirm on the page. You can stop launch updates using an unsubscribe link in your waitlist emails; queued launch messages are cancelled when you unsubscribe. Opening a link alone does not change your subscription. Minimal subscription and consent records may remain to honour your choice and prevent unwanted messages. Contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion.

Confirmation and unsubscribe links contain a private token after the # in the link (the URL fragment). This fragment is not sent in the page request to the hosting provider. When JavaScript is available, the website reads the token into memory and immediately removes the fragment from the address bar and current history entry. The token is sent to the Doorstep API only when you choose to confirm or unsubscribe, not in browser storage or referrers. Query-string tokens and ambiguous links are rejected. Do not forward these links. If the waitlist is unavailable or a request fails, this website does not claim that you joined.

Account and data deletion

The account controls page lets existing Doorstep users request deletion or saved-data erasure. When you sign in there, your credentials go directly to Firebase Authentication and the resulting short-lived token authorises requests to Doorstep. Neither your password nor your token is saved in browser storage. The page shows the server’s actual retention notice and account requirements before confirmation. Acceptance is not a claim that all retained records have been erased. You can also request deletion through support if you cannot sign in.

When you contact us

The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit your details to a website database. If you choose to send the email, Doorstep receives the information in it and can use it to respond. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment credentials or identity documents in an initial enquiry.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. Opening an app-store or email link takes you to another service with its own privacy practices. This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
